Clint conducts real property title examinations and closings routinely as part of his practice. These transactions include land, homes, and commercial property of all sizes and values. Clint is an agent of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and can insure title of any value. Documentation is prepared for all aspects of real property including deeds, leases, subdivisions, and condominiums.

The world of estate planning has undergone changes in the past decade, including the areas of estate tax. Clint can assist with evaluation of death tax issues as well as help think through your individual circumstances and goals. Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and asset structuring are some of the many tools available. Whether or not you have a taxable-size estate, every person needs at least intentional and basic documentation. Services are also provided to aid clients in trust and estate administration and probate. In addition, Clint serves as independent administrator in contested estates.
COMMERCIAL TRANSACTIONS
Clint's commercial transaction practice includes the representation of clients in the purchase and sale of many types of businesses. Clients include car dealerships, land and timber owners, physicians, hospital, investors, manufacturers, banks, CPA's, and many others.
MEDIATOR
Clint is a trained and approved Mediator under Mississippi Supreme Court rules.
SPECIAL MASTER
Clint is Special Master for Lincoln County wherein he serves as judge over hearings for commitments.
