B. Clint Gardner attended high school in Atlanta, Georgia. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with an emphasis in Latin American Affairs and Spanish from Louisiana State University in 1987. In 1990, Clint graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law. He graduated from the School of Banking at the University of Mississippi in Oxford in 1995.
After working in private practice, Clint went on staff with the Mississippi Bankers Association where he represented the Mississippi banking industry before state and federal, legislative and regulatory authorities in Jackson, Mississippi, and Washington, D.C. Clint spent a great deal of time in a direct working relationship with statewide officials and state and federal lawmakers and banking regulators. He drafted extensive legislation related to banking and business for review and adoption.
In 1996, Clint founded this firm now known as The Gardner Group, P.A., in Brookhaven, Mississippi. Clint handles commercial transactions throughout the state of Mississippi including numerous car dealership acquisitions. He also devotes a large portion of his time to estate planning and real property. Clint is also a mediator under Mississippi Supreme Court rules.
Clint has served on the bank attorneys committee of the Mississippi Bankers Association since 1996.
Clint is an active member and Elder of Faith Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Brookhaven, Mississippi. His father, brother, and brother-in-law are all PCA pastors, and Clint's grandfather was also a Presbyterian pastor.
Clint is married to Holly Mason Gardner - they are proud parents of four children. Holly is the daughter of famed Florida attorney J. Cheney Mason. Clint enjoys bicycling, guns sports, and advocating Second Amendment rights.
